While we’re big fans of Korean barbecue, we realized we didn’t always have time to use a traditional marinade that could take up to 24 hours to get that bold, sweet flavor that we love.  So, we decided to make our Korean BBQ rub, beginning with gluten free soy sauce and pure cane sugar and adding the classic flavors of traditional Korean barbecue including garlic, ginger, black pepper, and sesame.  Whether you try this one on traditional cuts (like short ribs) or other types of beef, pork, or chicken, we think you’ll love the convenience almost as much as the flavor.
